It’s a new day, so you know what that means: We’re back to look for legit credit card dumps on the web. We’re hoping to find good sites that sell valid info. Today, we’ve come across fullz.su. Is this place going to be a good resource or a scam that should be avoided? We’re going to do lots of research to find out.

The homepage of fullz.su is typical of what you’d expect for this type of site: It’s mostly plain, with a grey background and box to login or create an account. We notice that the title of the page is Cvv Shop, and the copyright notice at the bottom says the same. This might be one of many aliases for this particular company.

Before we spend too much time looking at this site, we want to learn more about this company’s background. Like, how long have they been around? This can tell us a lot about their reputation. To answer these questions, we dug through some files. Here’s what we found: the IP address is based in Singapore and the registrar is DigitalOcean, LLC, US. The domain was registered on 2014-04-16 and is valid until 2020-04-16. This is usually good to see—this site has been around for a very long time!

Satisfied with our digging into this company’s background, let’s head back to the site. Creating an account is easy. We just need to enter our username, email address, password, and the captcha code. We also need to agree to the terms and conditions. One huge red flag we notice on this page is that it’s not encrypted. This is not good news for a page that’s asking for a password. Anyway, we receive a message that our account was created and log in.

The dashboard is rather simple, but it contains lots of info. Front and center are meters that show the percentage of credit cards that are valid, with most showing 99%. On the left, we have the links to purchase credit cards, dumps, and dump packs, as well as links to CC checker, Bin checker, my dumps, my packs, and to add more funds. At the top of the page, we have the shopping carts and account balance.

We first check out the dump packs, but there’s nothing there. Perhaps they are out of stock or this page hasn’t been developed yet. We try the regular dumps page, and we find that there’s nothing here either.

Next we try credit cards, where we’re presented with a filter and search results. Looking at the default search results, this site has a healthy mix of Visa and Mastercards, with some American Express and Discover thrown in. We notice the default is showing us cards from Europe, particularly France, so we do a search for U.S. cards, of which there are over 66,000, and U.K., of which there are almost 3,000. Looking at the checkers, we see that the credit card checker is priced at 30 cents per card, while the Bin check is free.

Next, we want to see what kinds of payment options are available. We discover that Bitcoin is the only option, with a minimum deposit of $10. On the homepage, we saw that if you deposit $50, you can email support for an 8% discount.

As part of our research, we also like to see what other companies say about the sites we’re looking into. Of course, a website can look great on the surface, but it’s reputation is what’s really important. Unfortunately, while looking through forums and other sources, we found that this site has a poor reputation. Right off the bat, we find that it’s on lists of verified scam websites. Next, we find another website that offers the usernames and passwords of the site’s members. This isn’t too surprising considering the site seems to have non-existent security protocols.

While this site looked good on the surface, we think that there are a lot of issues that cannot be ignored. We were hopeful about how long the website has been around, but we’re very concerned about it being identified on lists as a scammer. However, the worst part has to be the security: No encryption allows for stolen user info. So even if the site itself isn’t stealing your money, it’s making it easier for other scammers to do it. What do you think? Do you have experience with these people? If so, please let us know about it in the comments.
